Agribusiness contributes about 25% of Africa's GDP and over 70% of its employment. The agricultural sector in Africa has even more potential, with various quarters predicting its value to cross one-trillion-dollars by 2030. With optimized agricultural productivity through climate smart agriculture (CSA), innovative value-chains and improved market systems, Agriculture and all of its economic and social offshoots have an impact on just about all the sustainable development goals (SDGs).

We support development partners from both government and non-governmental institutions working in the eastern Africa region. We have conducted sectoral analysis and studies and have facilitated enterprise capacity-building activities for varied stakeholders across different agri-value chains.

Our consultancy services to agribusiness-associations and SMEs covers business-development assistance mainly for; business plan development, value-addition innovation, circular-economy modeling, inclusive business modelling, route-to-market optimization and market linkage. We have also assisted several agribusinesses and associations enlist in development programmes and successfully access impact-financing – grants and value-chain partnerships
